Community Sessions

Now that restrictions are allowing for more activities to take place in the community, we are starting to reintroduce some outdoor sessions.

Krishna Running for Beginners Saturdays 7pm – 8pm Musaffah, Abu Dhabi Opposite Labelle Chocolates This friendly session is perfect for new runners. Easy-paced and nobody gets left behind!
Mansoor Running for Beginners – Advanced Fridays 5:30am – 7am Reem Island, Abu Dhabi Reem Central Park Run anywhere from 5km to 21km with various paced groups for various levels of fitness. Parking & washroom facilities available.
Hilal Running for Beginners – Intermediate Tuesdays 7:30pm – 8:30pm Dubai Investment Park, Dubai The Market Place parking Join Hilal’s session for beginner to intermediate levels of running. Different paced groups for various runners.
Fatima Cycling for all levels Fridays 6:30am – 7:30am Corniche, Abu Dhabi Cold Stone Creamery (at the traffic lights opposite ADNOC Onshore) A fun way to start your weekend off cycling along the Corniche. Bring your own bike, helmet and hydration!
Anan All levels Mondays 6pm – 7pm Al Hudayriat, Abu Dhabi In front of the bike shop Join Anan for an evening cycling session, going at a speed of 20 to 25km/h. Bring own bike, helmet and hydration!
